**Varshaa** is a [[species#dragon|dragon]] living in the South Sea, frequently traveling up river to visit [[King City]]. The draconic mist he breathes allows him to entrance victims and implant suggestions. With enough time and exposure, complete personality overwrite is possible, although Varshaa rarely goes to such an extreme - he is more inclined into gathering wealth and eating.
